Our team understands that sometimes schedules can be hectic. To best serve you and maintain accurate books for our stylists, we send confirmation requests three days before your appointment. Please help us by confirming your appointment so we can count on you being there.
If changes are required, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, 48 is preferred. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service or for which clients are a no-show for will incur a charge for the full service booked. Stylists may also ask for a deposit in advance to hold the appointment time for you as well. Any deposits made in advance will go towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Please also note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a no-show and the full service fee will be assessed.
We strive to exceed your expectations every time you sit in our chair. If for some reason, your expectations have not been met, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Since our stylists pay for the product used as well as for their time spent, we have a strict no refund policy. We will offer to repeat the exact same service for free within 7 days of your original appointment at no additional cost to you. Full service charges will apply after 7 days.
