Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Our team understands that sometimes schedules can be hectic.  To best serve you and maintain accurate books for our stylists, we send appointment reminders via email and text 72 hours before your scheduled visit and ask that you actively confirm whether you are able to still make the appointment. 

When appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to offer that time to another guest. If changes are needed, please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance.  Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service.  Appointments canceled same day or appointments that you do not show up for will be charged the full amount of the service. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.  All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.  If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a no-show and the full service amount will be charged.

Due to this policy, we require a debit or credit card to be on file at the time of booking.  The card on file will be charged on the day of the scheduled service based on the policy outlined above.  Stylists may also ask for a deposit in advance to hold the appointment time for you as well.  Any deposits made in advance will go towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.  

We strive to exceed your expectations every time you sit in our chair.  If for some reason, your expectations have not been met, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.  

Since our stylists pay for the product used as well as for their time spent, we have a strict no refund policy.  We will offer to repeat the exact same service within 7 days of your original appointment at no additional cost to you with the same stylist.  Full service charges will apply after 7 days.
